Paze.eu adheres to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (the “PCI DSS”), which is confirmed by
PCI DSS Certificate of Compliance dated 16 October 2020, which confirms that Paze.eu has been assessed
by SC2labs sp. z o.o. – official PCI QSA and PCI ASV company and has been found to be compliant with PCI
Data Security Standard v 3.2.1 as set ou by the PCI Security Standard Council and endorsed by all
leading card providers.
You agree to comply with PCI DSS requirements with respect to any handling of cardholder data. Paze.eu
reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the Services in order to minimize threats to the
security and to protect operational stability and security of the Services. Paze.eu does not guarantee
the security of the Services and will not be responsible for any infiltration of its security systems so
long as Company has used commercially reasonable efforts to prevent such infiltration. In no event will
Paze.eu be liable for transaction processing or other services performed by any third party.
This legal document is valid and legally binding agreement between you and Paze.eu. In addition to these
Terms, please also read our Anti-Money Laundering Policy and the Privacy Policy, which altogether
constitute the necessary and binding documents every user must read, accept and follow.

and you represent and guarantee that you are at least 18 years old and have the full legal capacity and
an appropriate business capacity to accept these Terms, Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. These Terms
